Membership Benefits:

• Join our mailing list & email list where you receive invitations and notifications to all exhibition openings keeping you informed on upcoming events & exhibitions
• Opportunity to show & sell your artwork in our annual 50-500 Membership show
• Opportunities to participate in artistic workshops exclusive to Urban Shaman Members
• Voting privileges at the Annual General Meeting
• Rental of gallery for art cultural events or non-profit organizations
• “Support” is a Pay It Forward contribution that gives an opportunity for artists who may not be able to afford a membership. (no tax receipt is issued for this. If you wish to receive a tax receipt for tax purposes, please go to the “Donate” CanadaHelps section on our website.)
• Research and gallery digital archive retrievals (please contact staff for details)

Volunteering

Have time to spare to volunteer? Working in the arts is a great way to get to know the behind the scenes at Urban and get to know our staff. A five hour shift counts as a membership, contact us if you are interested.

Things we always need a hand with…

• Data entry (knowledge of Word and Excel needed)
• Painting and install assistance
• Special event evenings
