Manon Barbeau, the instigator and director of the project;
Gloria Coocoo, Patrick Boivin and Abraham Côté, three talented
Aboriginal directors who will talk about their Wapikoni experience.
Wapikoni Mobile
Since it’s creation in 2004, Wapikoni Mobile, a travelling audiovisual studio, has visited 14 Aboriginal communities in Quebec. Fulfilling a dual artistic and social role, Wapikoni Mobile offers touching documentaries and hard-hitting videos reflecting the dreams and day-to-day lives of young aboriginal creators and their communities.
Wapikoni Mobile has produced over 140 short films and won 20 prestigious awards!
